1. Overview
BondPro (“we,” “us”) wants you to be satisfied with professional-grade adhesives and sealants purchased from our authorized storefront. Contact us before returning any product so we can issue approval and return instructions.
2. Return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests after that date may be declined.
Accepted
- Unopened and unused products — sealant tubes and case packs in original, resaleable condition with seals intact and no product dispensed.
- Defective products — including items with opened packaging when the product is confirmed defective, subject to our review.
Not accepted
- Opened or used product, unless defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- Returns without prior approval or outside the 30-day window.
- Items that cannot be resold for safety or regulatory reasons once opened.
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the product and outer packaging. After we verify the issue, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including standard outbound shipping charges paid at checkout when applicable. We will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, a prepaid return label or reimbursement for reasonable return postage.
4. Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method only. Store credit is not offered unless required by law.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
- No restocking fee applies to approved returns.
5. Return shipping
- Standard returns (change of mind, unopened resaleable items): the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Defective, damaged-in-transit, or mis-shipped items: BondPro will cover return shipping or reimburse reasonable return postage after approval.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct product exchanges (for example, substituting one color SKU for another). To obtain a different item, return the eligible product under this policy and place a new order on the storefront.
7. How to initiate a return
Contact BondPro within the 30-day return window by website contact form, email, or telephone. Provide your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. Photographs are required for damage, defect, or wrong-item claims.
